Just received the 4k/Blue-ray movie and it doesn't seem to have any deleted scenes. It's still the theatrical version. Have yet to finish the movie completely. But nothing I could find before starting the movie. Just the basic Five Nights at Freddy's: From Game to Big Screen, Killer Animatronics, and Five Nights in Three Dimensions.

Yes, the games are PG-13, but only because of the fact they're minimal Fusion games. A movie doesn't really have the limit of Scott's artistic ability meaning that graphic detail is totally within the realm of possibility. I would much rather FNaF be rated R, as the public/general audiences would take it a little more seriously than a squeaky
The lighthearted tone that this film has at times can work, I just think it needs a stronger contrast to it for the other half of the scenes. The games have created an excellent example of how to build tension effectively and simply, the horror through the cameras and being defenseless. I was surprised when this never appeared within the film.
For Ongoing series, my 2 favorites are The Walten Files and Fazbear Toddler Fun. The Walten files uses a unique 2d approach instead of Blender or SFM, has a deep and complicated lore like the main series, lots of mysteries, and of course Tons of Scary and Dark content. The Walten Files actually disturbed my sleep pattern once.
